Not a Tesla App's TeslaFi count on 15 Oct was 414 cars (3.3% of that fleet, 28 installs that day), and the notes mostly repeat v14.3.11, so v14.3.11 is still the wider HW4 build. On 14 Oct Tesla said v14.3 Lite is rolling out to Intel-MCU Model S and Model X (a 2017 Model X was seen on 2026.38.5.1); HW3 Model 3/Y already had Lite. No v14.4 or v15 for customers yet. v15 (~10B parameters on AI4) targeted for end-2026 or early 2027.

Read before you quote
- No unsupervised FSD on personal cars anywhere as at 1 Oct 2026. Unsupervised driving only exists in Tesla's own US Robotaxi service.
- Every EU approval so far is a national exemption based on the provisional Dutch approval. The EU-wide vote has slipped to December 2026 at the earliest.
- Tesla's June 2026 pending list also names Chile, Colombia, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, India, Malaysia, Thailand, Ethiopia and most other European countries. Only a subset is mapped.
- Version dates are release-tracker dates (Not a Tesla App): when a build was first seen in the fleet.
